This is the first of a four part series aimed at beginners with little or no background in genealogical research.  Topics include:

• Basic Principles of Genealogical Research
• Essential Tools for Beginners

Classes on genealogy, family history, media/technology, and computer skills are held at 9 am (PT) on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of most months except January, September, and Decembers.  Classes are designed for a variety of interests and ability levels and are often used as a refresher.
